10:45 am - Meal #1

 
Smoothie: 1/3 C NF milk, 1/2 C NF greek yogurt, 1/4 C mixed berries, about 1 C spinach
Eggs: 3 whites, 1 whole omega egg, 3/4 TB oilve oil, 2 TB salsa, a (healthy) spoon-full of pico de gallo, some pickled jalapenos, and green tabasco
