mobile blogging sucks

i have been having a lot of trouble with my photos posting to this blog... it's very inconsistent. and then when they finally do post, they post with a bunch of other empty squares in the same post. I DONT UNDERSTAND!!! so that is why i haven't been doing regular posts of my food. I've done some trouble shooting and looked this up in mobile blogging FAQs, but I can't seem to figure out what the deal is. I have been taking lots of photos of my food... and have a lot to post... i'm thinking if I can't get the mobile blogging figured out then I may just do weekly recaps or something. I'm sorry for not keeping up!

No pics today either... didn't have my (stupid) phone with me.
  1. 8:00 AM - 4 egg whites, 2 whole omega eggs, 1/4 C FF cheddar cheese, 1/2 banana
  2. 8:30 AM - coffee with 2 TB cream and 3 splenda
  3. 11:30 AM - Lean ground beef (approx. 8 oz) cooked with onions, broccoli, FF cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and olive oil. Eaten with 1/2 cucumber and 1 small organic apple.
  4. 1:30 PM - (totally forgot I had peanut butter at work... crap..) Approx. 2 TBs natural peanut butter & 1 small organic banana
  5. 2:20 PM - Lean ground beef (approx. 6 oz) cooked with onions, broccoli, FF cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and olive oil. Eaten with 1/2 C FF greek yogurt.

No pics today - my phone was on the fritz:
  1. 8:00 AM - 1 C fat free yogurt, 1 small organic banana, 3/4 TB lemon-flavored flax oil
  2. 11:30 AM - 1 can tuna, 1 slice turkey, mixed veggies, mustard, 1 TB light italian dressing, 1/2 banana
  3. 1:30 PM - 1 can tuna, 1 slice turkey, broccoli, mustard, 1 TB light italian dressing, 1/2 banana
  4. 4:30 PM - 1 can tuna, pepperoncinis, mustard, 1/2 C mixed berries with 3/4 TB coconut oil
  5. 7:30 PM - Post workout:1 small glass chocolate soy milk
  6. 8:15 PM - 8 oz lean ground beef (drained), broccoli, tiny bit olive oil, 1/4 C FF cheddar cheese, hot sauce, 1 small apple
  7. 9:45 PM - 1 carbmaster yogurt
*I also had 2 cans of diet soda at work (I know....I know....) as well as 2 cups of coffee with 2 TB cream per cup

I didn't disappear... I'm in Vegas!

I am such a nerd!

Sorry no posts this week. I'm currently in Vegas celebrating my man's 30th birthday and our 4 year anniversary. My goal during this trip is to maintain my weight, and not stress out if I don't eat perfectly. (I'm not a drinker, so I don't need to worry about drinking) We'll go out to a nice glutinous dinner on Thursday, I am psyched for that. I've been getting in workouts and cardio (2 workouts yesterday) in an attempt to make up for my not perfect-clean-eating (which I promise, is really not bad at all...) We went to this huge Gold's Gym yesterday -- it's rumored Jay Cutler works out there (we didn't see him :/ I haven't been snapping pictures of all my food from this trip consistantly, but I'll post a weekly wrap up on Saturday to give you all an idea. I'll also be sure to note how much weight I gained/lost. (Again, my goal is to maintain this week).
