10:45 - Meal #1

 
This was AMAZZZING! (also I may have just been very hungry after the gym)
Heated up some (about 1/4 cup?) frozen blueberries with 3/4 TB coconut oil. Less than a cup of NF greek yogurt (this by the way is my go-to yogurt -- glorious) topped with cinnamon. YUM! reminiscent of blueberry muffins or some type of dessert. A little smaller than usual, as today is SUNDAY which means I get one cheat meal today. whoo hooo we're going out to brunch here shortly!!!
