2:15 pm - Meal #2


1 small Opal apple. 3 oz chicken breast, 3/4 TB olive oil, 1 small zucchini, 2 TB salsa - topped with green onion, cilantro, scoop of pico de gallo. Seasoned with a pinch of sea salt, a sprinkle of garlic salt, and about 2 tsp red pepper flakes.
