8:00 am - Meal #1


Blend: spinach, 1/4 C NF Milk, 1/4 C mixed berries, 1/2 TB coconut oil
(I cram as much spinach as possible in there... it doesn't taste amazing, but it's quick and easy to get down, and keeps me full)


5 egg whites, 1 whole omega egg, tiny bit of olive oil (just enough to grease the pan) 1/4 C salsa, green Tabasco
