So... apparently all of the photos I took so far today do not exist (except the 1 below) I think my memory card was out of space on my phone, and it didn't tell me... I dunno. And now I'm having a really hard time remembering what I ate! I depend on those photos (which are time-stamped) so much! Crap... well here's my best attempt:

8:00 AM - Meal #1

In a super really big morning hurry:
-1 scoop Chocolate Syntha6
-2 TB NF milk
-3/4 TB olive oil
-1/2 Cup Spinach
add water and blend

10:45 AM - Meal #2
-Romaine lettuce
-1/3 cup fresh salsa
-3.5 ounces ground turkey breast (cooked with chili powder)
-Green onion
-Dollop of NF greek yogurt (pretend sour cream... not bad!)
&
-3/4 C heated berries with
-1 tsp coconut oil and a
-dash of cinnamon
-Dollop (approx. 2 TB) of NF greek yogurt

1:20 PM - Meal #3
-1 C NF greek yogurt
-1.5 tsp heated coconut oil
-3/4 C mixed berries

4:00 PM - Meal #4
A little bit of improvisation here, but the macros are pretty close to my goal of 25g Protein/10g Fat/15g carb -- a little higher on the carb, but I dropped the fat a little to balance the calories.
-1.5 C Organic Red pepper & tomato soup
-about 1/4 C NF greek yogurt with scoop of low carb protein powder & dash of cinnamon mixed in (had to get protein somewhere!)
-1 cup black coffee with 1 tsp melted cocount oil and 1/2 splenda packet (pretty yummy actually)

6:30 PM - Meal #5
Tonight I attended a customer appreciation event at a venue where our company holds events. It was a wine/appetizer situation.... but don't worry, I was (pretty) good! The food was amazing, and I noshed on:

-Seared Ahi on Cucumber slices (I filled up on these, had about 6 -- probably was equal to 4-6 oz total of tuna)
-6-8 small medallions of dark chocolate (total cheat, i know)
-about 6 walnuts
-3 small-ish pieces of goat cheese
-2 pieces of aged cheddar
-2 small bunches of purple grapes
-no wine, just H20 for this lady :)

I ate more calories than I had planned, but all in all I feel fine about what I had. Especially seeing as I am now off to the gym for an evening back workout. :)

9:30 PM - Meal #6
-4 oz grass fed beef (ground, cooked with chili seasoning and garlic powder)
-romaine lettuce
-spinach
-1/4 C fresh salsa
-dollop of faux sour cream (NF greek yogurt)

I ate about 2/3 of my giant plate of food, and then knocked my huge glass of water over...all over the table, and all over my salad :/ it was ruined. But I was full so it was cool.
