Okay okay. I couldn't wait 3 hours to eat again. That yogurt just didn't keep me full. I think I need to do a chicken meal before a lighter yogurt-type meal. |
3 oz chicken breast cooked with olive oil, salsa, pickled jalapenos, roma tomato and garlic salt. Topped with pico de gallo, green onion and cilantro. 1/2 organic fuji apple. (The organic apples are a lot smaller, which is nice for portion control.)
