7:20 pm - Meal #5



  • 1 small opal apple
  • 1 serving crustless quiche
  • about 2 cups mixed greens with 4-5 grape tomatoes
  • 3 hard candies - sugar free
(DISCLAIMER: These are not actual photos of my meal (duh) I didn't have a chance to take pics. Tonight my book club met at a restaurant, and I ordered a large garden salad with nothing but the mixed greens -- there were a few grape tomatoes on the side that I ate as well. I sneaked my quiche out of tupperware in my purse and popped in the bowl with the greens. I also took the apple I had in my bag and cut it into slices.)
