9:15 pm - Meal #5

Sorry, no photo. I got home from the gym SCRAMBLED to get some food together because I felt like I was going to keel over and die... (of course I open a new bag of frozen mixed berries and DUMPED them all over the kitchen floor --EXPLETIVE-EXPLETIVE-EXPLETIVE!!!) so anyway....  this is what I ate:
  • about 1 2/3 cup NF greek yogurt (yeah, way more than 1 serving)
  • 2 tsp dark cocoa powder to flavor the yogurt (oh my god YES)
  • 3/4 Cup heated berries with
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil and
  • heavy dash of cinnamon
and now I am sitting on my couch watching dvr-ed Biggest Loser, trying to convince myself that I'm not hungry still.....gah.
