- about 1 2/3 cup NF greek yogurt (yeah, way more than 1 serving)
- 2 tsp dark cocoa powder to flavor the yogurt (oh my god YES)
- 3/4 Cup heated berries with
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil and
- heavy dash of cinnamon

Sorry, no photo. I got home from the gym SCRAMBLED to get some food together because I felt like I was going to keel over and die... (of course I open a new bag of frozen mixed berries and DUMPED them all over the kitchen floor --EXPLETIVE-EXPLETIVE-EXPLETIVE!!!) so anyway.... this is what I ate:
