Thursday, April 28th

9:30 AM - 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt, 1/2 Cup Blueberries, Cinnamon, 3/4 TB Coconut Oil

12:30 PM - Protein bar (on the road)

2:00 PM - Another bar...

4:00 PM - 1/2 Cup NF Greek Yogurt with 1 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 C berries, 3/4 TB coconut oil

7:00 PM - Grilled chicken, salad mix, salsa, pico de gallo, limes (I got this from Chipotle in the airport. I ate about 1/2 of it)

7:00 PM - Soy Latte

7:00 PM - 1/2 Opal Apple
