Friday, April 29th

Out and about running errands out of town with my family.... (not the best day... lots of packaged bars)
First thing in the morning... some raw almonds

a couple hours later. dried banana eaten with a tiger's milk bar


another hour or so later finally got some protein... 1/2 c greek yogurt

and then a few pieces of this for the fat (yummy! what a treat!)

pre-gym... another bar (yeah, I ate a lot of bars during my trip... but better than the alternative)

Post-workout shake

an hour later...dinner. forgot to take a pic. ice tea with splenda; 1 grilled chicken breast; tomato slices; salad greens with olive oil & vinegar. all this at Denny's! just ask... most restaurants can accommodate your needs.
