- 8:00 AM - 4 egg whites, 2 whole omega eggs, 1/4 C FF cheddar cheese, 1/2 banana
- 8:30 AM - coffee with 2 TB cream and 3 splenda
- 11:30 AM - Lean ground beef (approx. 8 oz) cooked with onions, broccoli, FF cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and olive oil. Eaten with 1/2 cucumber and 1 small organic apple.
- 1:30 PM - (totally forgot I had peanut butter at work... crap..) Approx. 2 TBs natural peanut butter & 1 small organic banana
- 2:20 PM - Lean ground beef (approx. 6 oz) cooked with onions, broccoli, FF cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and olive oil. Eaten with 1/2 C FF greek yogurt.
