- 11:30 AM - 1 can tuna, 1 slice turkey, mixed veggies, mustard, 1 TB light italian dressing, 1/2 banana
- 1:30 PM - 1 can tuna, 1 slice turkey, broccoli, mustard, 1 TB light italian dressing, 1/2 banana
- 4:30 PM - 1 can tuna, pepperoncinis, mustard, 1/2 C mixed berries with 3/4 TB coconut oil
- 7:30 PM - Post workout:1 small glass chocolate soy milk
- 8:15 PM - 8 oz lean ground beef (drained), broccoli, tiny bit olive oil, 1/4 C FF cheddar cheese, hot sauce, 1 small apple
- 9:45 PM - 1 carbmaster yogurt
