1:00 PM - 1/2 chicken breast, 2 slices turkey lunch meat, 1 Tbs light mayo, 1 Tbs mustard, red onion, pickle, peppercinis & lettuce leaves to wrap the chicken salad in & 1/2 cup mixed fruit (didn't quite get my correct fat intake on this meal) |

4:00 PM - my go to meal at work... 1/2 cup NF greek yogurt, 1/3 cup mixed berries, 3/4 Tbs coconut oil & cinnamon |

5:45 PM - I COULDN'T RESIST!!! oh dear god. I had about 3 (small) bites of Tony's birthday cake, and maybe 8 or so of those dark chocolate chips. I'm sorry :( |
