11:20 AM - my go to meal. 1/2 C NF greek yogurt, 1/4 C mixed berries, 3/4 TB coconut oil & cinnamon |

1:16 PM - 1/3 chicken breast and a few slices of turkey mixed with a tiny bit of mayo and mustard, bell pepper, onion, cucumber, 1/2 "Lady Alice" apple, 1 small spoonful of flax oil (not pictured) |

4:00 PM - 1/2 chicken breast, 1 C red pepper & tomato soup, 1/2 Tbs coconut oil, broccoli. = YUM! |

7:30 PM - post workout. 1 scoop protein powder, water, 1/2 TBS omegas |

8:30 PM - Beef broth with veggies, curry powder, soy sauce, hot sauce. (didn't really taste that great.. but kept me a little full until my next meal) |
