Okay, to preface: I was in Palmdale, CA for my grandmother's memorial service. I was planning on a gluttonous breakfast with the family... but hadn't anticipated how much other food I would eat that day. Goes to show what happens when you're not prepared with your own food, (be it a bag of chicken, or some hard boiled eggs, or even a protein bar..anything would've been good to have had!) But I felt OK because I was able to hit the gym around 7:00 PM and had an amazing 2 hour workout -- which helped.

1:00 PM - Pot luck food... I had 2 servings. and yes, that is a plate of cookies to the left (hangs head in shame) |

3:00 PM - I only ate the bar, about 1/4 C of yogurt, and half that glass of milk. was still super full from all the crap earlier. |

5:00 PM - My mom made some awesome food. I wasn't hungry, and shouldn't have eaten... but it was the first whole, healthy meal I had in a while. Mixed greens with veggies, grilled chicken, and a little bit of brown rice. |

My family came and picked me up from the gym... my sister shared a few bites of her coldstone "less guilt" icecream stuff. I had about 4 or 5 spoonfulls.... yum. |
