Monday, May 2

8:00 AM - 1 scoop protein powder, blueberries, total omega swirl

10:00 AM - 1/2 Cup NF greek yogurt, 1/4 cup berries, 3/4 TB lemon flavored omega oil (sorry no photo)
12:00 PM -  Just a small cup of soup, some coffee, and Kombucha to tide me over on a lunch date with friends

2:30 PM - 1/2 Cup NF yogurt, berries with coconut oil & cinnamon

4:15 PM - There were green beans where I'm pointing... totally spaced and started eating before I snapped a pic.
Also on this plate you have chicken with a tiny bit of lowfat mayo and mustard, then berries with about 1/4 C yogurt.

7:30 PM - Post workout shake -- I was shaking at the gym, and needed this!

9:00 PM - 1/3 "Lady Alice" apple fried in coconut oil and cinnamon with 1/4 Cup NF greek yogurt. 
1/2 Chicken breast dipped in soysauce/hot sauce mixture. OH YUMMY OH YUMMY!
