Sunday, May 1

I was on the road, flying back from LA to Seattle.

7:00 AM - 1/2 C greek yogurt, berries with olive oil, cinnamon

10:00 - Reduced fat string cheese

11:00 AM

11:00 AM

12:00 PM

1:45 PM - can of tuna, some craisins, whole wheat pita chips, hummus

and i also had 2 crackers to finish up the hummus (oops)
And then I finally got home...and ate for like 4 hours....
5:30 PM - Egg whites & whole omega eggs cooked in olive oil, 1 cup NF milk, some strawberries

some edemame and soysauce (i was in such a snacky mood!)

and then some milk, strawberries, and cocoa powder = faux chocolate covered strawberries

and i couldn't stop.... then part of a banana dipped in cocoa powder + a tiny bit of milk (to make a paste)

and then I stole a tiny bite of Tony's peanut butter. BAD TONY!

and then a couple hours later I attempted to get some protein... chicken breast and some peppercinis (i didn't finish this)
